The Challenge
As healthcare becomes more advanced and specialised, there remains a significant gap in how patients and medical professionals engage with preoperative planning, surgical preparation, and postoperative recovery. Despite rapid innovation, many existing systems fail to fully utilise immersive technology to improve communication, understanding, and outcomes - especially for complex procedures.
Philips, as a leader in healthcare innovation, is well positioned to address this gap by reimagining preoperative workflows through the lens of Medi-Smart - a concept that blends virtual and augmented reality with diagnostic tools to enhance clarity, precision, and shared decision-making. Current solutions are often limited in accessibility, interactivity, or personalisation, which can contribute to patient anxiety and reduce procedural confidence.
By exploring the integration of VR/AR platforms within Philips' product ecosystem, this project seeks to empower both patients and practitioners through immersive surgical visualisation, scenario planning, and enhanced information delivery. Addressing this challenge offers the potential to elevate the preoperative experience, reduce risk, and redefine how healthcare is delivered before a single incision is made.
The Solution
We developed a cohesive brand identity for Elegant Pack, including a new logo, color palette, typography, and visual elements that conveyed luxury, quality, and sophistication. The redesigned website featured high-quality visuals, elegant typography, and a refined color scheme. Interactive elements and streamlined navigation enhanced user engagement, ensuring a unified and professional appearance across all digital touchpoints, including the website, social media, and marketing materials.

The new brand identity and innovative digital design significantly enhanced Elegant Pack’s market presence. The cohesive brand image resonated with their target audience, leading to increased customer loyalty and engagement.
